Lyrics
When the night is still,
Let your spirit sing.
When the silence calls,
You are everything.
Don’t be afraid,
To cry, to fall.
The child within,
Is the truth of all.
The path you walk,
Is the path of light.
Every shadow fades,
At the edge of night.
Come back to the heart,
Where the rivers flow.
In the voice of love,
You will always know.
The idea#
When night is still, spirit is invited to sing; silence itself calls you “everything.” Fear of crying and falling is gently disarmed—the child within named as “the truth of all.” Path of light, shadows thinning at night’s edge; rivers of the heart as the place knowledge returns.
Trance here feels pastoral rather than martial: come back, know love’s voice, let the interior child unclench. I hear a soft corrective to hardness—not naive, exactly, but insistent that the center still has weather and water if one will walk inward.
