The idea#
Pages burn, truth dissolves in sand, and still a name is called through empty shades. At “the edge of the infinite” the self begins to break into fire—“I am the spark, I am the flame, / I am the loss, the love, the name.” Identity is not defended; it is offered to the void and returned as light.
Uplifting, driving trance is the conventional vehicle for such cosmic unmaking, and here convention may be wisdom. Fields of glass, weeping reflections, a universe without start or end: the lyric wants the club’s vertical lift to mean metaphysical risk. Awake, awake—not comfort, ignition.
